Why do products cost less than developers?
We do not provide license keys and not free updates for the products you downloaded. We are not developers of the provided products, so our technical support capabilities are limited. We do not change the functionality of products and do not fix developer bugs.

How to download a theme or a plugin?
After registering and purchasing the product, you need to go to the My Account page and click the Download button.

Can I download previously purchased products?
Yes, you can download previously purchased products. (We do NOT support Update Free or Re-Download if item Delete)

Why a refund may not be given?
If the item is materially similar to the description and preview and works the way it should, there is generally no obligation to provide a refund in situations like the following:

• you don’t want it after you’ve downloaded it.,the item did not meet your expectations.,
• you simply change your mind; you bought an item by mistake.,
• you do not have sufficient expertise to use the item.,

Item support update?
We do not support Update Free. You can not buy an old version and request an update to the latest version.

What if the product version on the website is not the latest?
We do not support updates, so please contact me for updates to the product you plan to purchase.
If you buy an older version, consider changelog carefully from the author before you buy. Make sure you can use the version we offer.

Are the products on the website original?
All products presented on the website are downloaded directly from the developer websites and are original. We do not sell any products downloaded from third-party resources.
What are the guarantees that the products on the website do not contain malicious code, viruses, or advertisements?”
We provide open-source software. You can check by yourself any product downloaded from our website and make sure that our files are downloaded directly from the developers and do not contain malicious code, viruses, or ads.
For this reason, Chinese antiviruses often detect absolutely clean files downloaded directly from developers. These are called false positives. Usually on VirusTotal when checking the files, the detection rate for false positives of 1-2 (Chinese) antivirus out of 55. In case the detection rate is higher – it may be highly likely that within the file being checked, there may be malicious code or a virus present.

We do not provide any licensing or trial/commercial keys when you purchase digital products.
